Problem / challenge

Manually processing YouTube videos for research or reference was slow and repetitive. For a typical 10–15 minute video, the process could take 15–25 minutes when factoring in loading the video, skimming or fully watching it to capture context, copying the transcript, summarizing the key points, formatting the output, and organizing files into Google Drive with matching metadata in Google Sheets.

Outcome
  • Pipeline drops to under 2 minutes per video
  • Transcript and summary created for every link
  • Files and links organized in Drive and one Sheet
