Different methods are used to capture information during client meetings — note-taking, filling out forms in real time, or reviewing transcripts after the call. Each method takes time and often requires additional effort to organize, reword, or reformat what was said into a usable project brief or proposal.

This project documents the creation of an automation that simplifies that process. The goal was to extract core project details from a meeting transcript and populate them into a custom-designed proposal template without manual input.
